I am Dan O'Farrell, life coach, based on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia. To many people life coaching is a whole new field. We accept sporting coaches but never stop to consider the game of life.
Today's life is seemingly fast paced and we battle just to keep up let alone stop and dream about maybe it is my time to get the ball and score a try.
Life coaching can encompass many fields:-

- Balancing work and Life
- Transition – I'm getting older
and the list goes on.
Life coaching is about someone listening, and taking time out just for you, to help:-
- Clarifying goals (what you want to achieve)
- Identify strengths and obstacles (may be physical, emotional, intellectual, etc)
- Develop a strategy forward (an action plan with steps to be taken)
- Encouragement and keeping you moving forward over a series of sessions.
